WANTED SMALL LAP PUP/DOG

I'm looking for a small pup or a dog fluff ball 2years or younger as a therapy dog for my mum as she fights cancer and also play with my kids. Our fur baby will be with us 85% of the time except for mum's oncology appointments. Either a Pomeranian, Maltese Cross, poodle mix (small) a fluff ball that doesn't shead.
